Trivia is a general-knowledge quiz for one to eight players. Questions appear on the big screen and everyone answers in secret on their own phone, so nobody can copy. Questions cover geography, science, films, music and technology.
How to play Trivia
- Each round has five questions with four answers.
- Pick your answer on your phone before the time runs out.
- A correct answer scores, and a faster correct answer scores more.
- The big screen shows the right answer and who got it after every question.
Controls
Four coloured answer buttons, matching the four answers on the big screen.
Tips
- Speed only counts when you are right. A slow correct answer beats a fast wrong one.
- Solo games keep your best score on that screen, so you can try to beat it.
Start Trivia in three steps
- Open play.codewithshamil.com on a TV or laptop and press Host a game.
- Connect each phone to the same WiFi and scan the QR code on the screen.
- The first player picks Trivia from the menu on their phone.
